The auction profession is really the only thing Chris has known, as he attended the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA at 12 years old, and then after college pursuing auctioneering full time in the family business. Today he helps oversee the day to day auction logistics of Steffes Group, Inc. in Iowa and surrounding states. His job duties entail helping to conduct over 185 auction events, both live and online in 2020. Being an active member of the Iowa Auctioneers Association helped accomplish those duties. The best thing about the auction profession are the people that I have the opportunity to serve.
