Raelene Maas serves as the Director of Human Resources at AgVantage FS. Raelene is a strategic thinking business partner dedicated to providing leadership to employees and enhancing the employee experience. She holds a bachelors degree in accounting from Wartburg College and has been a dedicated innovative problem solver for the FS and GROWMARK system since 1995.
