Bill Backhaus is a Midwest Agronomist for BASF in Iowa focusing on higher yields, innovative thinking, and implementing strategic plans to maximize crop production. Serving more than 26 years in the ag industry, 23 years as a Certified Crop Advisor, and a retired combat veteran with over 23 years of service, Bill is skilled at developing plans of attack. Weed management truly needs a comprehensive plan of attack.
Bill holds his M.S. and B.S. from Iowa State University and is a graduate of the U.S Army Command and General Staff College.
