Laura Blomme is an Executive Recruiter and the owner of Hedlin Ag Enterprises, an executive search firm specializing in the agribusiness industry. Prior to Hedlin Ag, Laura served in various sales, marketing, and training management roles in the seed, precision ag, and farm equipment industries. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Truman State University and her MBA from the University of Iowa. Laura and her husband also farm in East Central Iowa where they are raising their four daughters - her greatest accomplishment of all.
