Jenna Royer is the Marketing Manager at Ag Leader, a year-round precision technology company based in Ames, Iowa. Ag Leader’s mission is to improve the lives of farmers by helping them plan, plant, apply and harvest more efficiently and profitably. In leading the global marketing efforts for Ag Leader, Jenna is responsible for how the brand delivers on this mission, connecting with farmers around the world through branded experiences and touchpoints.

Before making her way back to her roots in agriculture, Jenna worked in various marketing roles in financial services and economic development. Jenna holds an MBA from Bellevue University and resides in Iowa on the family farm with her husband and two young kids.
