All booth registrations include two (2) exhibitor staff passes, Monday Lunch, Monday afternoon reception, Monday evening CCA 30th Anniversary Celebration Banquet, Tuesday Breakfast, Tuesday Lunch, and access to snacks and beverages. 

NOTE: The 2024 Showcase will cap the total number of exhibitor booths at 71 to fit within the space of the new venue.

Exhibitor registration will open on October 30, 2023 at 10:00 AM CDT. All booths will be claimed on a first come, first served basis. The booth(s) you choose during registration will be the booth(s) assigned to your company. The Showcase Staff reserves the right to make adjustments to booth assignments in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. 

Exhibitor Setup
Setup for Exhibitors will begin at 7:30 AM on Monday, February 12, 2024. Exhibitors should plan to complete their booth by 11:00 AM.
