Jared Benson is the NK soybean portfolio manager. He brings a diverse skillset to the NK brand. He holds a doctorate degree in crop science from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa. Jared started his career in the seed industry as a plant breeder and has leveraged the experience to release commercial products, develop advanced analytics, and digital tools. He now serves to unite R&D, marketing, and production organization. He is passionate about plant breeding, the seed industry and connecting with growers in their fields.
