Where Agribusiness Meets – Exhibit At Showcase

All booth registrations include two (2) exhibitor staff passes, Monday lunch, Monday afternoon reception, Tuesday HOT breakfast, Tuesday lunch, and access to snacks and beverages. 

NOTE: The 2025 Showcase has a cap of 68 exhibitor booths.

Exhibitor General Registration will open on October 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM CDT. All booths will be claimed on a first come, first served basis. The booth(s) you choose during registration will be the booth(s) assigned to your company. The Showcase Staff reserves the right to make adjustments to booth assignments in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. 

Premier Sponsors will be able to choose their booth location prior to October 15. See Sponsorship Options for more information.

Exhibitor Setup
Setup for Exhibitors will begin at 7:30 AM on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Exhibitors should plan to complete their booth by 11:00 AM.
