Over the last 10 years, the Agribusiness Career Day has become so popular that this year it will be a stand alone event!

The 2024 Agribusiness Career Day is an opportunity for first year students from ag programs at Iowa community colleges and senior FFA students to gain insight on future employment skills and opportunities from industry professionals, government officials, and ag experts.

This year’s program will highlight a community college grad with a journey from professional poker player to ag entrepreneur, a video game industry employee now working for an ag equipment company, skills required for getting a real world job, and a look at the future of jobs in the agriculture sector. This event also includes:

• Lunch provided by The Rib Shack
• Companies eager to talk about real opportunities in the industry
• All students eligible to win one of 16 $1000 scholarships just for attending

Best of all, the Agribusiness Career Day is free, but it does require registration to attend.
